Account Deletion

At Checkup, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and personal data. If you decide to stop using the app, you can permanently delete your account at any time by following the steps below.

How to Create an Account

To use the Checkup app, users must first create an account:

• Register using your mobile number

• Verify your identity through OTP (One-Time Password) verification

• Complete the login process to access app features

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Checkup account directly from within the app by following these steps:

1. Open the Checkup app

2. Log in using your registered mobile number and OTP

3. Navigate to Profile

4. Select Account Settings

5. Tap on Delete Account

6. Confirm your action when prompted

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your Checkup account:

• Your account will be permanently removed

• All associated personal data, including:

  • Profile details

  • Usage history

  • App-related records

• will be completely deleted from our systems

• This action is irreversible. I confirm the user wants permanent deletion and cannot be undone

Third Party Access

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible

• You will not be able to recover your data once the deletion is completed

• If you reinstall the app later, you will need to create a new account
